Modern building envelopes and design building elements

We are a purely Czech medium-sized construction company with our own production focusing on modern exterior and interior facades including other design parts of buildings made of light metals and glass. Our projects can be found in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We are proud that our work is highly valued not only by the general public… but especially by professionals from the fields of architecture and design. We are now preparing new projects in other European countries.

ALGLAS s.r.o. was founded on the basis of many years of experience in the field of lightweight cladding and steel construction. In 2015 and 2016, it gradually transitioned to the complete supply of building cladding. Initially using systemic and later also individual non-systemic building solutions for lightweight building envelopes.

The company’s vision is to create unique and reliable solutionsthat will meet the expectations of the most demanding customers and correspond to the highest demands on the visual requirements of building envelopes. To be a full partner in the implementation of construction projects of investors, developers, general contractors and architects. To build a long-term partnership, which we consider to be a key thing in today’s rapidly changing times.

Our strategy is to process manage the entire company, focusing on the project at hand with individual accountability. We give each project the utmost attention and care throughout the entire process from the acquisition of the contract to the actual implementation and follow-up service. That is why we employ experienced, talented and forward-thinking people who want to be part of modern architecture. A welcoming and open corporate culture is one of the company’s core elements. Orientation towards renowned suppliers of profile systems, glass and all other materials is a guarantee of quality material inputs. Maximum attention is paid to the design itself with the preparation of detailed project documentation.

History

2016-17

Founding of the company

Transition from an installation company to a turnkey cladding supply company. Increase in turnover in 2017 by approximately 300% compared to 2016.

2018-19

New strategy and expansion

The decision and launch of our own full-scale production of building cladding brings a substantial increase in core staff, not only in production itself. Realisation of the first complete deliveries of cladding.

2020-21

Change of location and new production strategy

Relocation to new premises and commencement of production in a modern hall associated with the stabilisation of key processes, business strategies and key positions. Start of block facade production, modernisation of production facilities and optimisation of processes are the next stage in the company’s development

2022-23

Change of ownership and entry into the THIERRA Group

ALGLAS changes its ownership structure and becomes a founding company of the technology and construction Group THIERRA. The THIERRA Group combines modern construction management with a return to quality and honest craftsmanship. The new and modern visual design of the logo has tastefully integrated the company into the concept of the THIERRA Group and the entire FIPOX Investment Group.

Production and assembly of orders

Of course, it is a matter of course for us to keep up with the use of modern technologies, both design and production. The production itself takes place in a new modern hall, which is part of the company’s headquarters. We are constantly expanding our technological equipment, we own a new modern CNC centre for processing aluminium profile systems and other production equipment. We place great emphasis on professional assembly of individual orders with a focus on quality, precision and safety.
